Report it within 6 hours of delivery for review and possible refund, replacement, or store credit.
3. How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after the item is received and inspected.
4. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping fees may apply for non-perishable products unless the return is due to an error on our part (like a defective or incorrect item).
5. What if my order was placed through an affiliated organization?
Orders placed through organizations require approval from the organization before processing. Refunds for these orders follow the organization's policies.
