Order Processing

• Once your order is confirmed, the respective vendors begin processing your order.
• Vendors will send the ordered items to our aggregation center, where they are consolidated, quality-checked, and prepared for delivery.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays between 10am and 4pm GMT. You can select your delivery day when checking out.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver only within Greater Accra and Greater Kumasi.

Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees are calculated based on your location, the weight of your order, and the type of products being shipped.
• Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

Receiving Your Order

• Upon delivery, you will be required to inspect your order.
• If you ordered fresh products, proteins, or groceries, please check them immediately upon delivery.
• Note: For fresh products, proteins, and groceries, any issues or complaints must be reported to us within 6 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.
