Perishable Products (Fresh Produce, Proteins, Groceries)
  • Perishable products (like fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and seafood) must be inspected upon delivery.
  • You have up to 6 hours from delivery to report any issues, such as spoilage, damage, or missing items.
  • If an issue is reported within this timeframe, we will review it and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
Non-Perishable Products (Packaged Foods, Groceries, Equipment, etc.)
  • Returns are accepted for non-perishable products within 3 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
    • The product is in its original packaging and unused.
    • The product is not damaged, and all accessories, manuals, and tags are intact.

    Note: Products purchased from specific vendors may be subject to their individual return policies.
